Hello
Customers is always right! Try to be considerate and respectful when excepting all returns unlike most boutiques take returns in the end it pays off! When a retailer goes out of their way to offer me a return or credit in a gracious manner they have my business for life. Nothing is worse then a unhappy customer who shares their annoying experience when visiting your business, make sure each customer is happy when they depart your business! In this economy customer service and knowledge can set you apart from the big box stores, now selling better brands.
